Before you decide
What happens when my credits run out?
On Pay As You Go you buy more when you need them, $10 minimum, with optional automatic refill. On Pro and Scale you get a credit allocation every month, and unused credits roll over once into the following month so you can use your full allocation before it expires. You can also add credits on top of your allocation any time, and turn on automatic refill.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel a monthly plan at any time; the change takes effect at the end of the current month. Annual plans are billed once a year and run for their 12-month term.
How many reports are included?
Pro includes three reports per workspace each month (15 a month across five workspaces) and Scale includes five per workspace each month (125 a month across 25 workspaces). Reports are built from a workspace’s stored Alignment, Reputation and Discovery results, so to report on a prospect, set their brand up as a workspace first — or run the free Discovery check on it.
