How we handle your data
and keep the service running.

Programate Lift is built for marketing practitioners who need a tool they can rely on. This page explains how we store and protect your data, how we handle maintenance and incidents, and how we use the information you give us. If you have a question that is not answered here, contact us.

Storage, encryption, and retention.

Where your data is stored. Your data is stored in the United States on Amazon Web Services.

Encryption. Your data is encrypted.

Server logs. Server logs are retained for 90 days.

Billing records. Billing records are kept for as long as is reasonably necessary. You can request full deletion of your data at any time under your right to erasure.

For how we handle the data exchanged with AI engines when you run a check, see our Terms of Service.

What we do, and what we never do.

Does Programate Lift use any customer data to train its own models or improve its own outputs?

As stated in our Terms of Service, we may use your data to improve the system, for example to generate more useful questions and help customers get better results. We do not use personally identifiable information from your account for marketing, and we do not sell your data. The purpose of this analysis is purely to improve the product: so that questions are better optimized and the system becomes easier and more intuitive to use.

Is customer data shared with any third parties other than the AI engines required to run the product?

No. The only third parties your data reaches are the AI engines required to run your checks. We do not share your data with anyone else.

Maintenance and incidents.

Scheduled maintenance. We give at least 24 hours notice before scheduled maintenance, and at least one week of notice when we are able.

Incident acknowledgment. If a major incident begins, we acknowledge it publicly within one hour.

Incident updates. During an incident, we post updates and notify affected users by email.

Post-mortems. We publish a post-mortem after every major incident.
