At Flexera she rebuilt the entire marketing function from the ground up; three years later the company was acquired by Thoma Bravo at a $2.85 billion valuation, nearly double its value when she joined. Sebastian Chedal leads product, engineering, and innovation at Programate. He founded his first technology company in Amsterdam in 1998 and has led Fountain City through 28 years of technology transitions, from the dot-com era through mobile, cloud, and now AI.

Along the way he has done every role in a digital agency himself: strategy, creative direction, information architecture, database design, front-end development, project management, client relationships.
